that´s so true. if i surch anything in the net i use duckduckgo.com a really nice alternative and they show you stuff which is not findable on google.
you can write books about all the bad stuff what gafam is doing.
I use Duckduckgo with Brave, I like them... I try to use GAFAM applicationsas little as possible, but difficult to avoid Google Maps (any idea ?)

some google applications are really difficult to avoid. i´ve the same problem.

the same with the imagery reverse search. i do this sometimes to know who is posting pictures of our art or who sells pictures or stuff like this of our art. it´s really interesting who earns money with your work :). and you find always something new. but it´s hard to find an alternative.
