Yes it seems there are internal problems. This issue has been reported to local authorities :P
No for real, systems are up, but the physical parts must have an issue. Might be the pump, or other internals.
People will look into it asap.
Seem's the whale is not spraying since no SteemMonster packs are available atm :-)
