Good luck with the 2nd meet-up. Had one in the midlands a while ago and it went quite well. The numbers were similar to yours but the buzz from being around other steemians was brilliant. Can't wait to do it all again.
Alas the responses and enthusiasm in Wales are not flooding in as yet...
But, as you say, the buzz of meeting other steemians is definitely worth it.
It will catch on eventually, the hardest part is working out how to "sell" steemit to new users. When you work that one out, please let me know how, lol. If you go to the #steemcampuk it will take you to the meet-up we had and you may be able to get a few ideas from there.
