well done in the review, I personally believed that the hf19 made it harder to newbies to get pennies, I'm currenly struggling and not just me but many of newbies, not for the money but for votes. I want to be notice instead of money.

Thanks for your support. I think it will take some time for people to get used to the voting power changes and settle into new ways of voting to avoid depleting their voting power too quickly. Hopefully it won't be a negative impact as I'm certain that was not the intention!
yea it could take some time, therefore people will get tired and give up. I'll be standing strong !! steem is life !
