Hi @craig-grant did you accept the terms and conditions that popped up? Also if you referring to upvoting the authors featured on these posts, you have to make sure that you have the "Guild" checkbox checked on your dashboard.
the authors my upvotes are good, but no upvotes on steemvoter posts and i did accept terms

Oh wait I figured it out, you paid several months ahead for Premium services, which gives you 500 rules and exempts your from our payment posts on @steemvoter posts because you already paid with SBD.
so to be on your payment posts i can just add steemvoter to my rules
