Gotta question to the vote delay on each rule:
I would like to achieve a vote delay of 12 hours (thats 720 minutes as a value). The webfrontend accepts this value but a few minutes later the value changed to 30 minutes automatically.
Is there a reason why a higher time frame for a delay isn't possible?

Currently we only support vote delays up to 30 minutes, as there isn't really anything to be gained by waiting longer. Also, the way our voting scripts work it would not be technically feasible to support such long time limits.
