I am trying to sign up on www.steemvoter.com but I get "error unknown - please contact us" I cannot find any contact information so I write here and try to get some help!

I have tried all tips that can be found on the site, cleared cache and try to sign up by using my smart phone, but nothing works! Please help me.. :(
