Ok, I'm one of the 858 that votes at 30min. I use to vote at 14 or 20 min but after voting at 30 min my curation jumped up to 1 steem power a day.

Interesting. I've got most of mine set at 20 minutes, and use 15 minutes for the well known authors that often have bots following them around. But I haven't experimented much with changing the timings. Maybe I'll give that a go and see what difference it makes.
Congrats on hitting 1 SP per day! That's my initial curation target as well, should be achievable if I can optimize my voting strategy a little more...
