Is there a movie filming there about huge Rat invasion coming to end humanity or what? And, this the rat king? lol

Seriously this is the only thing I think how why there would be huge inflatable rat on the back of the track. Or, maybe it is for halloween kind of thing which someone is taking way too seriously. lol
