Something else to add, and this is what popped into my head when I first heard the rumors about Tron knowing about their recent acquisition of BitTorrent, why not use P2P to host videos like in the old days but have it set up like YouTube? This is the last piece of the puzzle missing for a decentralized video streaming service. With a P2P function built into the API, we've got ourselves a way to host content without a central sever. This creates a whole other set of problems, but it does solve a big and expensive vulnerability with the current setup.
