Beautiful and practical - that's what I like. I'm very much into permaculture on a small scale, so I had the opportunity to work with chicory while volunteering in some perma-gardens. I do adore that plant.

What did you do with chicory? Is it really growing at your place too?
In my current place (Argentina, Rosario), I didn't see that plant yet. I have been working above the others with the chicory while being on Workaway in Spain, in Gosól. I can imagine it could grow here, as the climate is quite similar. Not sure though.
