Anger

It stirs again, without mercy
I would rather go chat with Mr. Percy,
It awakens like a sleeping giant
Almost like it is reliant

Provoking it does not do any good
It's less dangerous living in the hood,
I'm so tired of it rearing it's ugly head
I bet it's more peaceful being dead!

But I've learnt to control it
Even if it is bit by bit,
Return to your slumber once and for all
Otherwise this argument is going to turn into a brawl !

For too long you have been with me
It is less stressful even for a worker bee,
But day by day I learn the signs and warnings
Ready to face them prepared when I wake in the early mornings
