Bogle is a legendary investor but his philosophy is based on having faith in index funds. It's incompatible with much of crypto investing.

The council on foreign relations is pretty much the PR wing for 'the network' which is the group that has been behind more death and crime than just about any other. It's not surprising they would be against crypto.
