This is a traffic exchange which pays out in Euro. I then convert the Euro into Steem and use the api of the traffic exchange to send it daily to the users.

While people could simply use the traffic exchange themselves, they would have to get above the payout threshold and have a SEPA compliant bank account. It is very easy to get some Steem by this, but it depends on the location of the device which is browsing.
