Steem Summit in ASPACE,Cebu : A Worth It and a Memorable Experience !!!!

I just want to share my experience in the very first Steem meet-up that I tries, the Steem Summit. Steem Summit was held at ASPACE Crossroads last April 22,2018 ( sorry late post,hahahha). This gathering of cebuano steemians create bonds with each and every cebuano steemians and creates an interactive and sociable community for Cebuano
steemians. This gathering highlights the talents, the passion and the beauty of every Cebuano steemians. I can really say that this fun gathering is memorable and worth it.

When I got there in the venue for the event, I and my friends was a bit shy because we are the youngest steemians who went there. But still, people are very welcoming and one of it is @ybanezkim26. There are some more but I did not know their names and did not get the chance to know them.

The Poetry Exhibit

This exhibit highlights several winning poetry works of Cebuano Steemians. Cebuano Steemians have their talent on expressing imaginative awareness of experience or a specific emotional response through poetry.

The Photography Exhibit

This exhibits shows how good Cebuanos are in taking photos. Their travel photos, food photography and some other photographies

The Drawing Exhibit

Featuring the beautiful artworks of Cebuano Steemians. This proves that cebuano steemians really are good in arts. Some have their own innovation, doing their artworks using coffee, ballpoint drawing (@ligarayk) and many more drawing styles.

For those artists who made those beautiful drawings especially to my friend @ligarayk, continue showing your amazing talents and someday you will be one of those popular artists in the country and maybe in the whole world too.

Discussion with Nathan and Michael Senn

Nathan And Michael talked about Kryptonia and Supercoins. They aslo discussed about blockchain technology and how does it works. Moreover, they demonstrate how to mine cryptocurrency.
What's funny is that while they're discussing, the speakers suddenly emits boom noise and each one of us gets distracted and some laughs.

Inspiring and Enjoyable talk with @morken

One thing I won't forget about the talk with morken is the line " There are many opportunities in the world, you just have to choose the right one". And one of the right opportunities is Steemit according to what he said and I very much agree with that. That discussion with @morken is vey informable and enjoyable. He jokes while he's discussing making the whole crowd laugh.

A Motivational Talk with @jassenessaj

The heart and the core of Steemph.cebu community , @jassennessaj. He showed how the Cebu Steemit community progressed over the past months. He presented the Teenvestors community wherein it helps each and every member to succeed both in Steemit and in real life. Jassen showed how he loved Steemit and his continuous promotion of Steemit in his university. Another way of his promotion is through Steemit basketball activities.

Hi @jassennessaj, you really are a good inspiration for cebuano steemians and you really help a lot to making Steemit successful. You make Cebuano steemians proud and the whole community will support your movements especially you university Steemit promotions. I want also that you promote Steemit in our school, HAHAHAHA.

The Inspiring words of @surpassinggoogle, @hansikhouse, @voronoi

I was surprised by the inspiring videos of @surpassingoogle, @hansikhouse and @voronoi. I also want to express by deep gratitude for these three people for spending some of their time to make this video message for the Steem Summit and for the whole Cebuano steemians commmunity. Your support for the Cebuano Steemian community will be worth it and will not be gone for nothing.

Pole Dancing of @anneporter

@anneporter is really good in pole dancing and I was a bit scared because what she's doing is dangerous but I know that she is professional with that. Her pole dancing is really nice to watch together with the music, "Dive" by Ed Sheeran. Everyone was astonished and amazed by her amazing talent.

Beatbox community lead by @jaderpogi

I was very much amazed by the beatbox made by the beatbox community. It was very pleasing to the ears and it feels like you want to dance with the upbeat of the music. I just wondered of how they can managed to do it, making sounds using their mouth and how tiring is it in the mouth. Anyways, their beatbox is really amazing and I want to listen to it 24/7.

The singing of @queenlyka and @jembee

While eating our snacks, @queenlyka sang "Titibo-tibo" and @jembee sang his own written song for his girlfriend. Their voices are really relaxing. And it's very nice to listen.

Hi @queenlyka and @jembee, your voices are really loved by the crowd and I'm looking forward to hear you both singing again in the next meetup events.

Steem Summit really is an enjoyable event for me and for the whole community of Cebuano Steemians. This events highlights the diverse talents of Cebuano steemians in many fields like poetry, photography and drawing. Not just that, Cebuano Steemians are also good in pole dancing (@anneporter is the best example), singing/ song writing ( @jembee and @queenlyka nailed it), and photography (@indayclara is a good photographer). There are many more talented Cebuano steemians but I missed the opporutnity to get to know them since some went home early and I and my friends went home early too.
