The universe is you, in a human form.

If we want to meditate about the structure of the human body more precisely, we can look at these components in many different ways, we can analyze the human body by its organs, and we can analyze the human body by the cells of these organs, and we can also analyze the human body by the elements of these cells

So what are the elements of the Human body?

The human body consists of water, which is about 60% of the body mass, and the water is made up of two elements: hydrogen, oxygen, so these two elements, are the main components of the human body, oxygen is considered the most element abundant (65%), then carbon (18%) is the second most abundant element, then comes hydrogen(10%), then nitrogen (3%),
The human body also has many elements, in the different amounts, based on the need of the body, and constitutes about 7% of the mass of the human body.

Now: How do these elements form?

In order to know it, we need to get back to the beginning of the universe, or after the Big Bang, where there were a hydrogen and helium atom, and under the influence of gravity they began to gather to form galaxies, then stars, and inside the stars, hydrogen fusion occurs to form Helion, and if the star is larger, it will fusion 3 Helium to form carbon and if there another helium is formed oxygen.... And a bigger star can produce heavier elements because of its high temperature... etc

Conclusion

In this vast universe, chemical elements spread from scattered places... Oxygen atoms from a nuclear fusion of helium atoms in the heart of a faraway star, carbon atoms from another solar system, and iron atoms from a star explosion in a galaxy very far
Today, some of those oxygen atoms we breathe, and a part of those carbon atoms used by our cells in DNA, and a bit of the iron atoms are in our blood.

Yes, my dear, you are a space dust that has been forming for millions of years ago

And a question remains in my mind : If the probability of life is one in a billion how can it be created here!?

i think the logic of the universe being some form of human is really far fetched. for how can something so complex and intricate be classified human

The universe and smaller organisms like humans are fascinating things. So many teeny tiny elements work together to build a greater organism. It's amazing to understand how everything works and exists together.

That means that all human beings are the same thing and their bodies are formed.
of the same thing...
