I think there a good possibility that black holes exist as a warp in the fabric of time. The speed and intensity of a black hole prevents light from escaping. Anything that can stifle the velocity of light could certainly augment the space time continuum— though quite honestly I don’t necessarily think that the “space time continuum” has the correct implications.
