HOw do i use baking soda for whitening at home? And should i? If they are just very light pale, almost white but not shiny
Baking soda is an abrasive agent and is used for home whitening but only for Extrinsic stains; that too which are not too deep. Baking soda method is just like scrubing the stained surface with coarse material. If the stains are deep or intrinsic, Baking soda won't work. Now coming to your teeth, you said they are pale; indicating that might be intrinsic. There are many Home Whitening kits like bleaching used for Teeth Whitening. I will be coming up with an exclusive insights about Teeth Whitening in coming days.
Regarding how Baking Soda is used. Mix a table spoon of baking soda with few drops of water to make a paste. Paste is smeared on ToothBrush and gently Brushed on teeth and massaged on gums for not more than 2min and on alternate days for a maximum of 2 weeks.
Hmm hmm thats teeth science , i will be waiting for the teeth whitening post, till then i will try baking soda, bought it today hoping it is safe :):) thankyou mirhu :):)
