Subconscious Discrimination - Test yourself using this Harvard University tool
G'day team,
Now I know we all like to think of ourselves as fair-minded and un-discriminatory people and for the most part, I think everyone tries their best. But in a recent lecture on working with indigenous Australian populations, a professor of mine
asked us all to sit a simple test, and the results were shocking. Not one person in the room came back without at least one implicit bias... so without further ado, here's the link to the test
