Yes! Yes! And Yes! Currently, I do an 8-hour intermittent fasting protocol with a 24-36 hour fast weekly. Going for that 122 year record!
Plus, I want to be on the 100 year birthday Smuckers Jar on the Today Show (which only makes sense if you live in the US - I think).
Great post, now to teach people how to implement it, clean up their diets and get their autophagy on!
Haha yeah. I will write maybe the next post how fasting, timing of your meal can actually affect longevity. After i did the research will make another post! Thanks for commenting :) And good luck with that 122 years old :P
