Great article! Since I like to travel by plane this topic has always been on my mind. Seems like I am not the only one wondering about the air quality 😉 (especially on a long haul flight). I alway try to stay hydrated and keep my hands clean. These are pretty much the only things we have a bit control over to (hopefully) avoid diseases.
