I do recall someone mentioning that she got lactose intolerance after hysterectomy and chemo. And yea, lactose intolerance sucks...I personally cannot imagine living without cold coffee or ice cream (I know substitutes which do not contain lactose are available but still!)
Oh that’s sad. Hope she’s gotten better ? Cold coffee or ice cream may not be so mouth watering if it sent you to the restroom on every consumption but thank goodness you are lactose tolerant 😇
You can have all the lactose you want 🙂
She uses substitutes which doesn't contain lactose, so she's doing fine there :)
