Bread has been there since the beginning of time. People used to bake because they were no companies as it is right now. Wholesome flour was used in preparation for bread and making it more health than it is today. Nowadays there are preservatives used to make it last longer which then removes some nutrients. I sometimes bake very nice cakes and they are usually better than the onces we get from bakeries. They usually put lots of sugar and cream which is so unpleasant for our stomach.

It is advisable to bake our own bread and when doing so we should make sure that it is baked inside and out. Every cook should excel in making bread. Every woman should know how to bake bread. When baking bread they are p[recautions that needs to be taken. Do not let the bread to get sour before baking it and the saleratus added to remedy the cook’s carelessness makes it totally unfit for the human stomach
USE OF SODA IN BREAD

The use of soda or baking powder in breadmaking is harmful and unnecessary. Soda causes inflammation of the stomach and often poisons the entire system. Some people cannot say they cannot make good bread without soda,but this is an error.
USING MILK IN YEAST BREAD
In the making of raised or yeast bread ,milk should not be used in the place of water. The use of water is an additional expense,it makes the bread much less wholesome. Milk bread does not keep sweet so long after baking as does that make with water , and it ferments more readily in the stomach

HOT YEAST BREAD
Bread should be light and sweet. The loaves should be made small in order for them to cook well and to kill the the yeast germs. When the bread is hot or new , raised bread of any kind is difficult to digest and it should not be found on our tables. This rule does not apply to unleavened bread. Fresh rolls made of wheaten meal,without yeast or leaven, and baked as well – heated oven ,are both wholesome and palatable

OLD BREAD PREFERABLE TO FRESH
Bread which is 2-3 days old is more health than new bread. Toasted bread or bread dried in the oven is more wholesome.

WHOLE-WHEAT BREAD BETTER THAN WHITE

Fine flour bread cannot impart to the system the nourishment that you will find in the unbolted wheat bread. The common use bolted-wheat bread cannot keep the system in a healthy condition. You both have inactive livers. The use of fine floujr aggravates the difficulties under which you are laboring. For baking white flour is not the best its use is neither health or economical. It lakes nutrients found from whole wheat bread. White bread usually causes constipation and other unhealthful conditions.

In conclusion
Sweet bread and white bread should not be found in our homes. Lets keep ourselves health and avoid medical bills that can be avoided.
