Laughter is very contagious, it spread like virus. It is very easy to pick up when someone around you is laughing, you pick it up without knowing the cause for the laughter. It is the best medicine to cool down your mind and body that is why it is the best antidotes for dealing with stress, pain, anxiety and conflict.
Whenever you are laughing, endorphins is released to the brain, to makes your brain feels good through the opioid receptors.
