Why Does it Happen?

Hello Steemians!!! Its been a bit long I'm not in touch with you. Got so busy with life.Frustrating!!!

Today I put a question before you which was bothering me these days. Have you ever observed, when you are riding a bicycle or driving a car in the night, the moon appears to move along you while everything else on the road appears to move past you. Does it mean that relative motion is limited for vicinity?
