Well the post is quite informative. But how the sun can bend space time .I am confused on this that what is the reason that sun also bends space time .
The way to see it is to put a marble on a sheet of paper. It works the same with stars (the paper being spacetime). But the paper is just there to help understanding how this works in an illustrative fashion.
