Personally I avoid multitasking as much as possible. Because multitasking is really fast switching from one activity to the next, I can’t give as much focus as I need to an important task. I prefer deep focus to multitasking. Thanks for sharing the science behind it.
I used to be a big fan of multitasking. I always craved to do multiple things at a time. I felt it like a superpower actually. But after writing this article, my opinion has been completely changed. Thanks for your comments and for sharing your views on multitasking. Cheers! 😊
