The major symptoms of this disease is stiffness of the joint most especially in the thumb and neck.
What do you mean neck? Osteoarthritis of the neck? Never heard of it as one of the commonest as you imply in the word "most especially".
Neck stiffness is one of the symptoms of osteoarthritis and can lead to severe pains.
