If you are talking about this post , then I will have to tell you @steemstem looks for much more detailed original articles with proper citations. Your article is just a list of things. Try reading the articles mentioned above in this post to understand what kind of articles is expected.

@munawar1235: You should really try to follow these advices. In addition, by reading the posts and checking the blogs of the authors we mentioned on the distilled, you could get a better idea of what kind of post we are actually rewarding.
By the way, this is Xmas time for us too. Most of us are taking some break ^^
