Artificial intelligence are not replacing humans, nor will it be a threat to our existence but it can be utilized and into grated in our cognition. Human evolution will move from biological to technological, Awesome, right?. Let's not see it as computers becoming super smart but let's see it as humans becoming super intelligent because this computers depends on really smart individuals.

So many trends about technological evolution and it taking over our jobs and wipe us off the face of the earth. The fear of advanced technology most especially computers (technophobia) is real because we all experience it, a distinctive feature about technological shift that we are going through in this modern Era. Human are scared to be replaced by machines but the apocalyptic born out of this overblown collective fear has never for once turned out to be true_source.
I notice that all technological revolutions had lead to the growth in sociality, living standard and many more positive impacts.

Till today human evolution is biological, there have been new innovation like upright posture, additional layers of the brain and so many physical attributes to sync to our ever changing lifestyle and now the biological evolution won't be able to keep up with the fast and smart change.

The world is far complex than our brains can handle because of the complex and elaborate world the tech geniuses and scientists have built.

From my research I found out there is HOMO SAPIEN SAPIEN they are faster, smarter, shaper and wiser topic for another day.

Once opinion a time all this where imagination like some will say fiction but artificial intelligence is almost taking over our everyday lives. We are pretty close to an Era where robots will have to do every but recently it has significant impact in differs ways like email spam filtering, weather forecast, Google search prediction and pretty good voice recognition like Apple assistance (SIRI) I made am article about that last week.

Something is common in a all this systems which is machine learning algorithm that makes them respond to real time. Even if there is going to be growing pains as artificial intelligence techs evolves, but the positive effect on the society is immeasurable in terms of efficiency.

Technological Over Biological Evolution

Artificial intelligence powered brain are going to be super brilliant and smart not to talk to artificial intelligence technology with a quantum brain. But soon there will be a separation between humanity and Artificial Intelligence.

Up till tomorrow technology will still make like faster, comfortable easier and safer because I notice every tech you see here and there is to make a complex work easier i.e more output with less input.
Let's think of a technology that will challenge human cognition and identity.
This revolution of technology is going to affect human cognition between our biological trait and the world operating in. Imagine not being intelligent and want to operate a super intelligent society🤔.

to my opinion I feel it is not exactly so much as a next step as an alternate step. We are entering a world where our learning algorithms are getting so good that we just don't take them offline anymore, we leave them to keep growing and learning. Kind of like Watson, the IBM created Artificial intelligence that won (owned) at Jeopardy. The crux is really in how one categorizes Artificial intelligence as_source.

In biological evolution, there is an unbroken chain of descent from any living creature at any point in time to the (a?) first replicating entity. You could argue that there is nothing preventing us to generalize this concept to artificial creations of biological entities, and so you simply have our Artificial intelligence being a new branch in the evolutionary tree. In this view, we are not going a next step, but creating a sister "species" (or many) from ours, and there is no directionality or progression. I like this view because it stresses that humans are but one leaf in the tree of life, and there is no sense of "better", "more evolved" or "ultimate" in evolution. Every single entity that is alive nowadays is, in fact, as evolved as every other_source.

°°in other words if we take a more traditional and linear view of progress and civility, we could argue that the more civilized or progressive the entity, the more desirable that entity is in a philosophical or moral sense. In this view, we could very well be creating our next step by creating Artificial intelligence. Relatively free of our particular biological constrains. Notice I say relative, and this is crucial, because humans have very strong biases... we focus on certain things, we care about certain things. We model our creations after our desires and needs. We might end up creating something that ultimately would diverge in interests and drives from ours, but that might not happen any time soon. In any case, these human biases are not good or bad, they just make us be what we are. We care for others, we cooperate, we want to understand things and we want to explore the universe. Our Artificial Intelligence are currently very much aligned with these human desires. We have a robot exploring other planets (Curiosity), an expert system being retrained as a doctor (Watson), a search engine understanding more and more what we want and what the world is (Google), and many more! Conclusively the next evolution is going to be practically intelligent systems but personally I don't think it should be a threat but I know we humans can't totally be useless as much as this intelligent machines are smart there will definitely be loop holes I mean we can always find a way for it to work for our favour I love making use of situations to work for me positively and i know there are like minds.
