Great post, I switched to using Raw & Unfiltered honey about a year ago it's the only thing I use now in my coffee and teas. I've also been using it for a few homemade health and beauty items I make along with coconut oil.
That's nice to hear. I'm not sure about the benefits of using it along with coffee or tea. In my opinion coffee and tea is not too good. Maybe honey can neutralize and help. :-)
