There is no bias to our selection of people's posts because there is no way to know someone's gender unless they give that information. That said, a lot of people have told me who they are, in confidence, and I will not disclose information to YOU that people may not want to be public as steemit is somewhat of an anonymous forum.

Their disclosure does not effect in any way how the project functions to select good content. Man, woman, neither, alien, dog, I do not have any preferences so long as they are creating well sourced, cited, interesting posts.
