Really interesting!
Especially the concentrations of bornyl acetate can vary from 1 to 33% depending on the plant type and climate of growth
This makes so much sense (for the valeriana and other plants too) and yet I hadn't thought about that. Also, I didn't know the active component was in the oil from the roots. I would have gone for the tea!
