A Basic guide for Upcoming SteemSTEM Users

I was a bit curious to know about @SteemSTEM and how it works before beginning my engagement in the community and in my research I found out that the word STEM is an acronyms for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
SteeSTEM gives USERS the opportunity to improve their writing prows by writing a science, technology, engineering and mathematically related articles and to also increase their researching skills.
What Does SteemSTEM Entells?
Let’s begin first with knowing what brings you to @steemstem and what your engagement in the community is all about.
Why are you engaging the @SteemSTEM community? If the answer is ‘reward’ to you, then it will be obvious to us.
Please we will like you to note that there is a distinct difference between posts of somebody struggling to come up with ideas to get rich and somebody who has been inspired to teach or engage in the community with original ideas.
The most successful authors are those who are both driven by the gain, passionate and consistent with their work.
The level of commitment and value you have for your blog content is very paramount as this is the more reason why you joined @SteemSTEM.
Quality must always be expressed in your post. Your reputation and followers are by-products of the value you add to your blog contents and upvotes always come later.
Yeah, in short: the community comes first. The rest follows.
Hard work and Persistence
What do you intend to blog about, is it plants, animals, mental health, architecture, planet and human anatomy. Whatever it is, take your time to do an intensive research on your topic.
This is after all how your readers will eventually follow you.
This might take a while, but keep in mind you are not the only one in this situation. Your goal should always be to create a document that you are proud of. This will likely take some time because quality is not a coincidence but a deliberate affair.
Think about gold, it has to go through the fire seven times before it can become a cherished ornament and same thing applies to your post @SteemSTEM.
The steemSTEM team has a group of curators, scouring the platform searching for all the material related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
They are really intellectual people, looking for quality content in order to reward them better and you just can’t give them fake things.

In case you are not sure of how to be original when writing a science post. This is what to do:
Write using your own words.
This makes your post more quality than trying to twist one or two things about an article you saw on net in order to avoid steemcleaners from attacking your post.
Write Well, With Clear English:
Let people have an instance understanding of your post because this is the aim of your post. Don't be too complex in your explanations.
Don't rush over making a post.
Try to always attract your curators.
Add everything necessary to make the post a quality one and don’t fail to source every image and also make sure that your referencing are accurate anywhere you are citing someone.
You can even use your native language:
Your curators are not ignorant of what they are looking for. So go ahead and make yourself comfortable writing with any language of your choice. They have translators all around to translate your post into a language of their choice.
@SteemSTEM, has growing, trusted community of different nationalities, from Italy to Nigeria, Venezuela and France. If you persevere, these communities will allow you to grow in your first language.
In case you are not good with English or you discover that your English needs help, feel free, go ahead and use Grammarly or you can even call out to your friend for assistance from the above mentioned communities.
