I understand you but the image of the nigerian MAP was a data issued to us by our lecturer, this data is a data which has being used by so many if you read from the context of my post you would understand what i meant by secondary data in GIS, all other images are screen shots from my system i just felt it could be of help to someone struggling on how to georeference a map with Arc GIS. that's why i posted it and did writeups on it, i am not a fan of pliagarism except if you find my post not good then i guess i won't post such again. @gentleshaid
