Glad to hear something is being done to give space a cleanup. The oceans also badly need some attention. I guess this technology would have a high cost to get it into orbit, but it should be relatively easier to design an AI to operate the harpoon.
indeed, our ozeans need a cleanup too! the cleanup of the ozeans is more important in my opinion. i read a few weeks ago that there is a company which will do something in that way too.
maybe you are right, an AI could maybe operate better @flyyingkiwi.
