RE: Healthy Ageing; Depression Among Elderly Population
It is very important to not to leave elder people alone with their problems, ilnesses and fears... It is our(young people) DUTY to take care about them.
Some of them were fighting for our freedom, some of them raised us up together with our parents. We owe them making their last part of lifetime comfortable, joyful and peaceful.
There are many way to do that but I think the most important thing to do for us it to be with them in hard times, be present next to them when they need us. It is priceless for them nut for us it is often one movie less seen on TV or one meeting with friends rescheduled. Is it so much?...
Hi @flintsky. That was certainly an interesting point of view. Yes, we do owe them the most comfortable accommodation we can provide when they get older and indeed, it is our responsibility to take care of them while they were still alive. Thanks for your feedback.
