The snake is called a wolf snake. This wolf snake has the name of the species Lycodon sidiki. It's just that the English call it a wolf snake.
According to researchers, this type of snake has never been found in residential areas, snakes are also found on the edge of the river located on the edge of the forest in the area. Actually, when viewed from his teeth, this type of snake has no canine teeth.

Di tahun 2017 lalu, para peneliti di Aceh menemukan satu spesies baru yang sangat membantu perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Satu ekor ular dengan warna hitam dan putih ditemukan di Aceh Tengah, Provinsi Aceh, Indonesia.
Ular tersebut disebut dengan ular serigala. Ular serigala ini memiliki nama spesies Lycodon sidiki. Hanya saja orang Inggris menyebutnya dengan sebutan ular serigala.
Menurut para peniliti, ular jenis ini belum pernah ditemukan di pemukiman warga, ular tersebut pula ditemukan di pinggir sungai yang terletak di pinggir hutan di kawasan tersebut.
Sebenarnya, jika dilihat dari giginya, ular jenis ini tidak memiliki gigi taring. Oleh sebab itu sangat aneh jika disebut dengan ular serigala. Menurut para peneliti, gigi ular tersebut tampak lurus ke depan sebagaimana spesifikasi ular spesies tersebut.
Selain itu, ular ini juga dinyatakan tidak berbisa. Namun, untuk bertahan hidup, ular ini menyerupai diri seperti ular yang berbisa agar ditakuti oleh spesies yang ingin mengganggunya.Padahal secara biologi, spesies ini tidak berbisa dan juga tidak memiliki lilitan yang kuat.
Para peniliti juga menyebut, hewan ini memiliki potensi untuk menjadi hewan peliharaan. Namun hal itu masih membutuhkan waktu yang panjang.
