People are different . Even Children from the same parents have different personality trait. It is our inability to understand ourselves that breed trouble among us from time to time. The first step in staying in peace with fellow man lies in understanding of his character. Mastering his likes and dislikes and then adapting and playing back to him based on his personality trait.

I could say when you understand human nature it is at that point that one may allow himself to be defrauded so that peace can reign. It is at this point of understanding human nature that love is exposed.

When you love a person that is nice, well behaved and humble, you have done nothing because it is natural to admire and love good things but when you love that imperfect man perfectly, it stand to be supernatural.

This category is very sharp and smart even to overcome obstacle which the ignorant that follows them suffers. They are popular and pious in appearance, always seeking authority, freedom to do all things, whether good or evil, prestige, difficult assignment that will ring them to limelight. Will like to know everything or activities of all but will never permit anybody to know their own.

How do you cope with such group?

• Develop the right attitude towards them and see if there is room for improvement
• Dwell mainly on their identifiable good trait that will bring above peace.
• You must also avoid their interest areas.

The amiable category

Exchange of ideas and industry is thir preoccupation. Their creating ability is high because no room is given for gossip and critisms. And if they must criticize, it must be constructive. They are highly tolerant, protecting their social status without hurting anybodys feeling. They carry people along in all they are doing, they use friendly words on people while expressing their restraints because they believe there is absolute freedom anywhere in the world.

They are not easily entreated because nobody knows their mind. They are easily initiated and very violent. They ask inquisitive question that will generate together. They love bondage using religious covering to cloak wickedness. They specialize in making people unhappy.

How do you cope with them?

It call for wisdom.
• Always meet them when they look a little friendly and approachable.
• Brighten them up by stimulating friendly discussion using appreciation and admiring strategies.
• Lastly apply accommodation strategies.
