What to do on the eve of a job interview?

The normal thing before presenting yourself in a job interview is that your nerves attack you, and even more if you feel that you are qualified for the profile or position.

Next I will share some data to overcome the nerves and that the results of the interview are a success:

1. To know thoroughly the company for which you are applying for a position. Be clear about your company name, values, objectives and extra activities, this can give you greater security at the time of the interview.
2. Rehearse the interview, write a series of possible questions and answer them aloud in front of a mirror to see your facial expression.
3. The previous night tries to rest well, it is obvious but sometimes the nerves cause people to dedicate themselves to carry out activities and forget to sleep justly. It is recommended between 7 to 9 hours of rest.
4. Controlling breathing is the key to staying calm. Perform deep (diaphragmatic) breaths to regulate the heartbeat and thus oxygenate the brain in the correct way.
   As additional information already during the interview I recommend that you always make eye contact with the interviewer and be patient, avoid interrupting during the interview with the interviewer. Nerves can play tricks on us and without responding before we finish asking a question, qualifying us as anxious, impertinent or arrogant.
