RE: Metabolic Syndrome - What it is, and why it's KILLING US ALL!!!
Nice write up there. I have this to say, living right has a lot to offer in good health. Looking at the risk factors
Obesity
Menopause
Age (older is worse)
Smoking
A diet high in carbohydrates
A lack of physical activity
Family history of diabetes or metabolic syndrome.
By taking care especially in diet, quit smoking, engage in weekly exercise and so on. A lot of people will not need to see the doctors because the system will automatically regulate and detoxifies. These are right and good living.
Thanks for the write up.
I agree 100%. I think what it comes down to is that a healthy system will keep itself healthy, a broken system just looses the ability to compensate in all areas once it's lost one and everything goes downhilll from there!
