RE: HOW CHARACTERS GET TRANSMITTED AND BEHAVE FEOM GENERATION TO GENERATION(GENETICS)

in #steemstem6 years ago

Very useful, interesting and important information. It's been a while i've been wanting to go back into the basics of genetics. I've realised that we are not very special afterall. We all call came here based on probability and chance of survival, the process though is very mind blowing.

Truly, also do you know recessive character or trait from one parent, which is masked or does not produce the effect in the presence of dominant character.

Yes I remembered, its interesting with the domininant and recessive genes. I'd like to know what actual causes a particular genetic trait to become recessive or dominant over time or which factors influence it.

@cryptonfused,The Sickle-cell disease can be inherited condition which causes pain and damage to organs and muscles, having flattened, people with the disease have stiff, round red blood cells, sickle-shaped cells.pointy blood cells get caught in the capillaries, where they block blood flow. Muscle and organ cells don’t get enough oxygen and nutrients, and they begin to die.The disease has a recessive pattern of inheritance: only individuals with two copies of the sickle-cell allele have the disease. People with just one copy are healthy.
