Many people today are too busy to take good care of themselves starting from what they eat to how they look, Their busy kind of lifestyle and obvious changes in our eating habits has led many to a health condition they never wished for but gotten unconsciously.

Many people are suffering from Obesity;
A condition where a person's body weight is far more than the average human body weight resulting from excessive in take of fats, this fats accumulate to the extent that it becomes dangerous to the health. It increases the chances of other health problem like Diabetes, Heart strokes and blood pressure.

Health problems related to obesity may not be applicable to all obese persons but they may be prone to this health issues, Hence the reason it is advisable for them to manage their weight by weight loss processes. They are many ways of getting rid of too much body fats like Dieting and engaging in lots of Exercises. But some people who are not chanced to follow the process of dieting or engaging in exercises usually ask questions like IS THERE ANY FOOD SUBSTANCE THAT CAN HELP ME LOSS WEIGHT?

Coconut Oil is one of those things gotten from food(COCONUT) that can aid the process of weight loss, it is extracted from Coconut palms. Coconut oil is a saturated oil containing medium chain Triglycerides, fatty acids and ample properties with lots of beneficial effects on weight management .

HOW TO TAKE COCONUT OIL FOR WEIGHT LOSS

  • Only Coconut Oil: Before meal, Take one tablespoon of Coconut oil twice daily. It can also be taken after meal replacing desserts or substitute for olive oil.

  • Adding Coconut Oil to Drinks
    One or two tablespoon of coconut oil can be added to our drinks, juice, yogurts, apple sauce and many more. After some days of taking this, the quantity of the coconut oil taken may be increased to fasten the process of burning fats.

  • Coconut oil with Food
    Coconut oil can be added to olive oil and use as a dressing on your salad or on your toast with some cinnamon powder and honey to get a unique taste.

  • Coconut Oil and Water
    This is one of the easiest method of taking Coconut oil, Since drinking enough of water helps reduce weight then taking water and coconut oil makes you slimmer in no time, Just add one to two tablespoon of organic Coconut oil to hot water or any preferred herbal tea.
