RE: Artificial organs: Closer than you expect!

in #steemstem5 years ago (edited)

This is why the axolotl is so very interesting from a spiritual perspective, because as neotenics they reach sexual maturity despite never completing their metamorphosis, while those who do mature have much shorter lifespans. So in a sense, it's the axolotl's immaturity that endows it with infinite healing capabilities. Hence, this unique animal proves that exaggerated growth and sacrifice of one's youth and inner child for the sake of external expectations can be very toxic for our well-being and instead hamper our innate healing abilities. How ironical that in achieving so the seemingly "immature" axolotl is actually reaching a much greater depth of maturity than most living beings.

Sure enough, if people followed the axolotl's example in terms of retaining their inner child without any need to constantly meet others' expectations but instead started going with the beat of their very own independent soul rhythm, many diseases (=dis-ease, not being at ease) would cease to exist, organ function enhance, and lifespans naturally become more prolonged.

Thanks for this refreshing, elaborate post und glückwunsch zum Jubiläum ;)

Hey @alexaventuria,
thanks for the interesting reply. In fact, I never saw it from this point of view but I think you are right. Many problems with health are somehow related to psychologic issues.

In the very beginning, you have your own way but your parents, school, friends, relatives, and TV are shaping you. These are factors, forcing you to do something which could make you really unhappy and this, of course, will make you sick.

Honestly, how many of the people you know really love their job? How many people you know are doing what they wanna do since their childhood?

The Axolotl already understood this and always smiles!

Have a nice remaining week
