Change vs. Progress

The last couple of months have brought quite of few changes to my life. Now that I have recently turned on my computer after what seemed like forever, I see that there have been quite a few changes to my online life as well.

Change does feel strange, at first, but as I gather comfort in these new surroundings both online and offline, it is starting to begin to feel as though nothing really did change, but rather transitioned. Change can go backwards (negative) , but Progress (positive) can only go forward. These new surroundings, although not permanent but rather stages on the way to a better experience, are positive steps towards a brighter tomorrow.

Steemit has completed its one year and continues to show growth and maturity as an online social media platform. Steemit has revolutionized social media, and others are now attempting to monetize on this as well. The Attention Economy has changed for the better the way the "Internet" will work for bloggers and other social media content creators. @Dan and @Ned have been at the forefront of this new Paradigm, and now this "Wave of Progress" must itself undergo a transformation.
