No expected help and support, got SteemSQL now into monthly subscription

It's a good idea @arcange, because people don't value free things enough as they should. They kinda don't appreciate the effort you put in. To me turning SteemSQL from 'free' to 'with fee' is good, but also as well try to please consider we newbies who would want to access your SteemSQL service. You know we don't have enough SBD yet to use to pay.

Am suggesting you let the price of newbies be any amount of SBD less than 10SBD. Except maybe you are not targeting newbies. I feel you though.
I know you would have let it still be free if you had gotten enough support and help when you asked for it from the community.

Reputable steemians with high steem power need to be supporting steemians like you who have been able to come up with something great like SteemSQL and the likes.

Don't be discouraged but see it as one of those challenges, and am sure making it no more free access will be more beneficial to you and therefore can make it more reliable, upgrade the infrastructure, and monitor performances to ensure 24/7 availability and enterprise class responsiveness like you rightly said.
It's a welcoming development.
