The NFL Pro Bowl

The 2018 NFL Pro Bowl will be this Sunday. It will feature the best players from the AFC and the NFC that are not a part of the Super Bowl. The game kicks off at 2pm Central Standard Time and can be seen on National Television on ESPN. It takes place at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida. The weather should be nice with a high of 78 degrees.
All major sports have All Star games and try their best to feature the best players in their leagues. The NBA has one of the most entertaining games as it is full of dunks and exciting plays. The MLB has had the result of the game impact the home field advantage of the World Series on the line. The NHL has been a high powered and phenomenal shoot out. But the NFL’s Pro Bowl has always been near the bottom of the rankings.
Football is a very physical and dangerous sport. The violent hits in each game can turn a bright man into a vegetable. So when they lace up for the Pro Bowl, the last thing any of these guys want to do is get stuck by a head to head hit. Thus, this All Star Game can’t feature much hitting or violence. It must be an offensive battle with little defense. That is the reality.

The Pro-Bowl is arguably the worst all-star game in sports. There's nothing special about the game and it's barely even football. Honestly, the NFL would be better off not actually playing an "all-star" game.

The pro bowl is a joke of a game. NO all-star player plays to their full potential and the players that are voted on the team opt out of participating in the game. The NFL changed it to a week prior to the superbowl to get more people to view it, didnt work. NFL moved it away from Hawaii so many people from the states would go to it, people dont. Its a pointless game that i havent watched in years. I consider it a bye week from the NFL before the superbowl.
