SteemSports Format Parsing Guide

Title

The title needs to have its main content between : and - separators.

For example, if the title is

SteemSports: NBA - Cleveland Cavaliers vs Boston Celtics - Mass SP Distribution Game!

The parsed title will be:

NBA

Which is not good.

A better title is:

SteemSports: Juventus v Olympique Lyonnais - Mass SP Distribution Game!

Which becomes:

Juventus v Olympique Lyonnais

Rules:

• have exactly 1 : in the title
• everything after first - is ignored

Outcomes

Outcome comments need to have exactly 1 image.
The image should be of uniform size and style over all outcomes.

Markdown Editor

Use a Markdown editor such as:

After that, paste the markdown content into steemit.com markdown editor:

This will ensure a good looking post across clients.

We also need to remove elements that render ugly on non-steemit clients

Replace tables with images, and opt-in for standard markdown layout where possible. Try to make things consistent (ie. same image sizes, same heading sizes, etc).

If you edit the post(s) on steemit, it will update on steemsports.com within 3 minutes.

Game Layout

Put the main game content between p tags with id of maincontent

everythign in here will be embedded on steemsports.com
</p>

Outside of these tags you can put whatever content you like, and it will not show up on steemsports.com.
