HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE FUCHKA OR PANIPURI AT HOME...

Today I’ll show how easily Panipuri of Fuchka can be prepared. First, boil 2-3 potatoes with 2 eggs. After that, boiled and chopped potatoes are mashed and mixed with chopped dried pepper, onion, and chat masala. Then fry the fuchkas and prepare the sour water by soaking tamarind in warm water for 15 minutes, mixing its pulp in water properly and strain to separate its residual. Then take only smooth tamarind water and add dried pepper and salt and mix with a hand blender. Then make a hole on the fried fuchka by finger and stuff it with spiced mashed potatoes and egg choppings. Finally, serve it with sour water.
