Thanks for answering my question in this episodes. For the addict episode, I can't just wait to for it to come because many times, we found ourselves repeating a particular behavior and we can't just do without it. So for the episode, my questions goes thus:

• How can you tell if you are really addicted to a particular habit?
• What is it about life that is so hard that an addict can’t handle it without drugs or alcohol?
• What are the reasons people get addicted in the first place?
• How do you prevent someone from been addicted to a particular food or drug?
